Signing in to your account

GORIL.IO uses Google and Apple for sign-in. Choose the same provider account on the web and in the app. To use both providers with one membership, sign in to your existing account and link the other provider.

Order and refund support

Check transaction status in your account order screen. Submit refund requests through support; eligibility depends on payment, activation, usage and product terms.

What is an eSIM and how do I install it?+

An eSIM connects you without a physical SIM card. Choose a plan for your compatible phone, pay online and install it using the QR code in your account.

Can I buy a virtual number on the website?+

Yes. Purchase your number and call credit online. GORIL.IO’s app is required for VoIP calls and messaging. Some countries require identity or address verification before a number can be assigned.

Will my web purchases appear in the app?+

Sign in to the app with the same account you used online. Your number, credit and eSIM orders belong to that account, so you never need to buy them again. Use the same Google or Apple account on the web and in the app. Link another provider from your existing account security screen.

Does my phone support eSIM?+

Check your phone’s eSIM support and carrier lock before buying. Compatibility checks and installation information are available in the plan screen.
