After payment and provider provisioning, installation details appear in your account. Use stable internet to install via QR, manual details, or the provider quick-install link when available.

The selected Jamaica plan shows operators and 5G support in its card and technical details. Actual speed and coverage depend on location, device and network conditions.

Hotspot support depends on your selected plan. Choose a supported plan and enable a personal hotspot in device settings. Shared data uses the same plan allowance.

Keep using WhatsApp and internet apps with your existing account. A data eSIM does not automatically include a phone number, regular calls or SMS; those capabilities are listed separately.

Open My eSIMs with the same account. Refresh provider usage and view available top-ups for supported products. Usage freshness depends on provider update intervals.

The plan currency selector shows an informational price equivalent. You are charged in the plan’s settlement currency, clearly stated at checkout. Display preferences do not change your wallet balance. Taxes and discounts are confirmed before payment; your card issuer may apply exchange or transaction fees.

Check that you are within your Jamaica plan’s coverage, the eSIM is selected for mobile data, and roaming follows provider instructions. If needed, select your order in account support for help.

QR reuse and refund eligibility depend on provider terms, installation, activation and usage. Contact support before deleting a working profile and request refunds from the order screen.
