Keep using WhatsApp and internet apps with your existing account. A data eSIM does not automatically include a phone number, regular calls or SMS; those capabilities are listed separately.

Open My eSIMs with the same account. Refresh provider usage and view available top-ups for supported products. Usage freshness depends on provider update intervals.
Kenya eSIM: Which currency will I pay in?
The plan currency selector shows an informational price equivalent. You are charged in the plan’s settlement currency, clearly stated at checkout. Display preferences do not change your wallet balance. Taxes and discounts are confirmed before payment; your card issuer may apply exchange or transaction fees.
Kenya eSIM: What if I cannot connect?
Check that you are within your Kenya plan’s coverage, the eSIM is selected for mobile data, and roaming follows provider instructions. If needed, select your order in account support for help.

QR reuse and refund eligibility depend on provider terms, installation, activation and usage. Contact support before deleting a working profile and request refunds from the order screen.
