An Android phone with the same marketing name can have different hardware or software features across countries. Check the exact model code before buying a travel plan.

Match settings with manufacturer information

Record the model code from About phone. Look for an add-eSIM option in SIM manager or network settings; menu names vary by manufacturer. If it is missing, do not rely on a similar phone being compatible. Check the manufacturer’s support information, regional version and carrier lock together. A software update cannot create missing hardware support.

Prepare for installation

On a compatible phone, use stable Wi-Fi and open the QR or manual details delivered to your GORIL account. If same-screen QR installation is unsupported, use another screen or manual entry. After installation, confirm the profile is listed and selected for mobile data. The number of profiles you can store differs from the number you can activate simultaneously.
