Changing hotel dates: cancellation and amendment are different rights

Free cancellation does not guarantee a move to any date at the same price. New dates can require another availability and pricing assessment.

Read existing conditions first

Review amendment and cancellation terms in the confirmation. The same room may be unavailable or cost more. Do not expect automatic changes for non-refundable offers. Confirm the alternative before cancelling, or you could lose the original without securing the new room.

Make the request specific

Provide your reference and desired dates in the GORIL support or booking flow. Do not treat the change as complete before provider confirmation. Recheck new dates, room and total. Review connected transfers and eSIM validity; changing the hotel does not automatically update other services.
